Hydrotechnical Division of CSCE promotes multidisciplinary research and professional practice in the field of water resources and hydrotechnical engineering from both practice and academia. The field continues to evolve through advances in computational modeling, hydroinformatics, artificial intelligence, remote sensing, and climate-resilient infrastructure. As communities face increasing pressures from climate change and aging infrastructure, hydrotechnical engineers play a critical role in developing sustainable and adaptive solutions. The Division welcomes contributions from academia, industry, government, and practitioners addressing both foundational and emerging challenges in water systems.
